Usage and dosage: for children：it’s not recommended, if necessary, the dosage is below:
For above 2 years old children: 0.1mg/kg, the top dosage can be 5mg(1 pill) per day.
First day intravenous administration: use Tropisetron Hydrochloride injection into commonly used infusion solutions(such as normal saline, Ringer's solution or 5% glucose solution), rapid intravenous infusion or slow intravenous injection before chemotherapy.
2-6 days oral administration: use Tropisetron Hydrochloride
tablets at least 1 hour before breakfast along with juice or
Coca cola.
For adult: the recommended dosage is 5mg(1 pill) per day, one time per day, the treatment course is 6 days.
First day intravenous administration: use Tropisetron Hydrochloride injection into commonly used infusion solutions(such as normal saline, Ringer's solution or 5% glucose solution), rapid intravenous infusion or slow intravenous injection before chemotherapy.
2-6 days oral administration: use Tropisetron Hydrochloride
tablets at least 1 hour before breakfast along with water.
For patients with poor metabolism: there’s no need to reduce the dosage in the 6 days of treatment.
Term of validity: 24 months.
